Throughout the entire UK and Ireland, we conduct mobile phone signal surveys (2G GSM, 3G UMTS, 4G LTE and 5G NR coverage assessments), radio and television signal surveys, and telecommunications consultancy work for wind energy developers, construction companies, environmental planners, planning consultants, architects and smaller developers.

To enable a quote, for pre-construction and post-construction radio and TV reception assessments, please provide basic development details (e.g. GAs, section details and site plans of the development) with your inquiry so we can quickly and efficiently assess the work. A red line boundary or clear site plan is always essential.

With respect to masterplan and large scheme planning, we advise on the requirements for, and scope of Environmental Statement (ES) and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) to minimise impact and ensure a proportionate response. We satisfy Town and Country Planning EIA Regulations 2017, Part 5, Regulation 18 (Parts 5a and 5b) with respect to our discipline;

(a) the developer must ensure that the environmental statement is prepared by competent experts; and

(b) the environmental statement must be accompanied by a statement from the developer outlining the relevant expertise or qualifications of such experts.
